Michelle Zauner

Michelle Zauner is a Korean-American musician, best known as the lead vocalist and guitarist of the indie rock band Japanese Breakfast. She also wrote and directed the film adaptation of her memoir. Born in Seoul and raised in Eugene, Oregon, she captures the complexities of identity, family, and loss in her writing.
