Returns, replacements, and refunds for Bookolog orders

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or materially different items. Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if something is not right.
Eligible Items
- Books or products damaged before delivery
- Incorrect items sent by Bookolog
- Items that differ materially from the confirmed order
- Unavailable items that were paid for as part of a confirmed order
Items We Cannot Accept
- Items damaged after delivery
- Books with writing, highlighting, torn pages, or missing packaging caused after delivery
- Returns requested after the 3-day return window
- Change-of-mind returns after the item has been accepted at delivery
How to Request a Return
- Contact us through the contact page with your order or tracking number.
- Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and invoice where relevant.
- Keep the item in the condition received until our team confirms the next step.
Resolution
Depending on stock and the issue reported, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund. Cash-on-delivery refunds are coordinated directly with the customer after verification.
Delivery Fees
If the return is due to our error or a delivery-damaged item, Bookolog will guide you on the return arrangement. Delivery fees are not refunded for ineligible or change-of-mind requests.
