How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add books to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order
confirmation and tracking number via email once your order is processed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (COD) for most areas, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All
online payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. Contact our customer service
team immediately if you need to make changes to your order.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store
your credit card details on our servers.

How long does delivery take?
Regular Books: 1-3 days across Sri Lanka

Do you deliver island-wide?
Yes, we deliver to all provinces across Sri Lanka. We partner with reliable courier services to
ensure your books reach you safely and on time.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order on our website
using your order number or tracking ID.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
Our delivery team will attempt delivery 3 times. If unsuccessful, you can collect from our
nearest pickup point or schedule a redelivery.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for damaged or incorrect items. Books must be in
original condition with all packaging intact.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Sri Lanka. We're working on expanding our international shipping
